Tip one: make your own popsicles.
I blend frozen fruit, add lemon/lime juice, add 1/2 cup maple syrup, 1/2 cup whole milk I fill my Popsicle molds (I make about 14 with this.)
Any time I have a sugar craving this often helps. They are about 45.calories each.
Tip 2.
If you have to bake for some reason make merengue (merengue is very low calories) and use apple sauce instead of butter. Use einkorn flour instead of all purpose flour if you have to make something with flour. (The calories are the same in einkorn flour but it has way more protein and fiber.).Maple sugar is half the calories of white sugar and monkfruit is zero calories . But if you can avoid it, do so.
I basket with a lot if pumpkin, and cocoa powder, both low calorie and delicious.
Tip 3. If you bake your own bread switch to einkorn flour. Honestly it had more protein, and more fiber.
Tip 4. Don't buy it. If you have poor self control it's best to keep it out if the house. For me this includes cheese.
Tip 5. Freeze leftovers. If you're like me, and you have no self control after your finished with supper, and you know you'll go grab more mindlessly out it in the fridge then out them in the freezer.
Tip.6: eat at home.: make it a habit. Cook from scratch, do bigger meals When you do cook, and freeze away. I have kind of rewired my brain to love doing dishes/ emptying the dishwasher by telling myself how eco friendly I am being instead if takeout. then I microwave leftovers when. I am feeling tired.
Tip 6. Cook from scratch. It's harder to snack on oats, leafy greens, beans, lentils, frozen vegetables,.onions, potatoes, and raw meat, than cheese, crackers, cereal, and other snack foods.
Tip 6 keep a food diary. This is the most basic thing you can do. If you want to add calorie counting on top of this kill 2 birds with one stone.
Tip 7. Probiotics. If you ever had to take antibiotics, take some probiotics. I find it easier to lose weight after doing so.
