No Motivation. Where Do I Start?

(I’m 5’5, 240LB, 22yrs, Male)

I have no motivation to start the diet process. lack the energy to be active except for the 5-7 hours straight that I’m on my feet when I’m at work. I wanna change my ways and have been looking into the calorie deficit diet.

I would like to know what foods I should shop for and meals i should make for myself. My job takes up most of my week and I don’t get breaks unless im working 8+ hrs which is rare. so I eat once or twice a day. I can’t sleep ever. have no energy and have an overall low self esteem.

I want to improve myself and this is hopefully my first step. if there’s any tips, I could certainly use them. I’m doing as much research as I can. I’m looking to at least be 190lbs on the higher side and 150lbs on the lower side. Im not aiming to build a lot of muscle but dont wanna just be a stick. like I said, any tips or advice will help.
