So i finally started cutting out Soda drinking almost completely from my Life :D
I currently only drink a 0.5l Soda in the Morning for my Meds intake but thats about it :P
Currently i am at a 2 Week stroke of just Water drinking everyday (and walking an Hour every few Days) and its making Wonders already :D
Like for example back when i started i was at 86kg and at the End of Lats Week i already was at 84kg :D
Now i am at 38.6kg today sadly >.<
I couldve actually today been 82.8kg but sadly i yesterday decided to eat a Full on Chocolate Bar which made me go back to 83.4kg :(
Sucks but i hope i can get to my Goal of going under 80kg :D
and maybe even by the End of the Year be able to go back to 75kg atleast :D
As i used to be 3 Years Ago 65Kg and im just like Holy Shit i wanna go back XD
