I think I’ve hit my first plateau

I haven’t lost any weight in about 10-15 days now and it’s super frustrating considering how well it was going before. I was meeting all my goals before and now nothing. It even feels like I gained weight with how bloated I’ve been for 15 days now despite constantly drinking water.

With the amount of water I drank in the last 2 days you’d think I’d be using the bathroom constantly, but nope I even feel like I’m going less than usual.

I can’t lie and say I’m not upset, but of course im not giving up just yet. I just needed to vent I guess

Anyway if you guys have any tips on how to over come a plateau im definitely all ears because im entering the point of utter frustration today. I thought it was maybe left over weight from menstruating but that’s been over long enough to not be holding on to water weight anymore
