I really need help with a good weight loss method. I’m scared for my health

I (19M) haven’t weighed myself in almost a year because I’m scared too. I tried to do a lot of fitness last summer and I weighed around 330 pounds (I’m 5’11). But I failed and I eventually got off track of the fitness I was doing and my diet and I got back to eating junk and overeating in of itself. I’m only 19 and I’m so scared that I won’t have a long life because of my eating habits. That’s why I need to know an actual really good weight loss method that will have my shedding at least the healthy amount of pounds to lose in a week. I know this has probably been said so many times but I need help, I don’t want to quit again. I want to commit and I want to live a long life. Please if anyone can help I really appreciate it. Don’t want this to sound like a pity post cause that’s not my intention I promise.
