I need someone to give me a realistic advice on how much I screwed my progress.

So, I’ve been in a deficit and walking a lot for the past 7 months. I lost 25kg (50lbs) and was 1kg (2lbs) away from my goal weight. I have managed to lost weight a few times in my life previous to this but would always gain ut back due to binging. But, I’ve never been THIS close to my goal weight in my life…. And out of the sudden I don’t know what the heck happened in my brain 2 weeks ago. I started binging like crazy out of nowhere. Every. Single. Day. Since 2 weeks. I don’t even know the amount of calories I’ve binged on but I suppose it’s like 6-8.000 daily. And when I look at myself in the mirror I feel hate and shame. Here’s the photo of what I looked like 2 weeks ago and today:

Unfortunately, the scale shows 24lbs(12) more which makes me feel even worse towards myself. I have two questions: How much time would I approximately need to get back to the point where I was on the right photo? Has anyone ever been in exactly the same situation and How much time did you need to go back to where you were before binging? And how much fat do you think I’ve put on? Some words of support would do. And yes, I did start a therapy a few days ago.
