How to get back to 'eating real food' after such a long time of eating processed food?

Exactly this time in 2024, I was 75kg. Lost weight and was lowest at 60kg (132lbs) on November of 2025, but gained it all back again this semester. A lot of shit happened: depression, self doubt, self destructive spiral when i gained the first 5kg.

I've been eating nothing but processed food so far. Getting back into eating real food - boxes of prep meals consisting of meat, rice, and veggies takes way more mental effort than when I first started losing weight.

Now tastebuds have now gotten so used to processed and fried food I order from food delivery app: sausage buns, chinese takeouts with fried crispy chicken, burgers etc. Eating normal food, let alone the bland low calorie version of them feels extremely demotivating

Other than the matter of taste, there's also the matter of proportion. My brain is not used to not being full at all. Back when I was losing 30lbs I would be content being just slightly bit hungry (but obviously not starving) and if I've eaten my full calories for today, I'd just wait for tommorow. Now, my brain can't focus on anything if I haven't eaten. I can't get any work done
