Buying coffee these days has a lot of sugar and calories unfortunately :/ I’m trying to make coffee at home, so how do you guys make your coffee in order to stay on a calorie deficit? I’m having a good experience with this low calorie caramel syrup I found called POCA.
I usually like coffee that’s not too bitter and has like a flavor like vanilla or caramel. My Dutch Bros order would usually be an iced hopscotch protein latte with sugar zero added sugar just for reference on what I drink😅 Dutch Bros is the only place I found that has a drink that I like that tastes good and doesn’t really have added sugar, but I am trying to save money and make my coffee at home so I just wanted some advice!
