HOW DO I DO IT PLS HELP ME

i am posting this on reddit pls summarise this in a tldr for me: Okay i am 24 f i am 229 lbs and I am tired. I have never been insecure of my body before i am sort of tall and look conventionally attractive so my weight has never been an issue but when i realised i have crossed a 100 kgs it hit me and now losing weight is all that i can think of i went to a dietician last month and she put me up on this diet i have been following that since almost 20 days now but the issue is i give into my cravings and it makes me really mad and my motivation to work out is very less i like working out but i am bad with home work out and am very introvert to go to the gym my social anxiety eats me. Plus i stumbled upon my ex’s Instagram a while back and that man has lost a lot of weight, like a lot lot and he looks amazing and that made me feel v little and low idk, i am sorry about the rant but how do i stay focused and motivated?
