I (F20, 5’9, 121lb) gained 2lb in one night a week ago. I didn’t eat more than usual, didn’t eat more carbs, more salt, whatever. I’m pretty active, 5 days of strength training, 30 minutes of cardio daily, a job on my feet 25-30 hours a week and running 12 miles a week (6 miles the past 2 weeks due to an injury).
The weight won’t come off, it’s even increasing and I’m at loss. I track all my food, eat the same almost every day, but it won’t come off. I eat 1900-2000 calories a day, so I shouldn’t be gaining weight with my current activity level, right? I don’t necessarily want to lose weight, as I know I’m underweight already, but I would’ve liked to maintain my physique of 119lbs. I could see my abs, and now I don’t. What’s going on?? I feel like I stressed out my body by over exercising and undereating, because I lost 4lbs in the past 2 months.
