Hi everyone,
I’m 5’0” and started at 167 lbs, and I’m currently 166 lbs after my first week.
I know it’s only a 1 lb loss, but I’m trying to approach this differently this time, focusing on consistency and habits instead of expecting fast results and burning out. I’ve struggled in the past with giving up early, so even sticking with it for a full week already feels like a small win.
So far I’ve been working on:
- Being more mindful with what I eat
- Not overeating out of boredom
- Staying a bit more active day-to-day
Nothing extreme, just trying to build something sustainable.
I really want to keep myself accountable, so I thought I’d start doing weekly updates here. Also… I could really use some hype to stay motivated 😅
Progress log:
Starting Weight: 167 lbs
Week 1: 166 lbs
lbs To Goal Weight: 34
I’ll keep updating this each week as I go. Hoping to look back in a few months and see a real difference.
