Body fat percentage

Hi guys. Good news since my last post, I ended up beating the plateau kind of (although I did gain some temp weight and back down).

I’m now sitting around 194 6’4 & 16% BF

I’m wondering how I should continue to cut down my BF. I want to have a lean body for now and then see how things go with the long term goal of being lean muscular (for now the goal is to be leaner overall though.

I’m doing the cardio, deficit, and weight lifting frequently and compared to photos online I’m not even sure if my BF is even 16% (I’m basing it off Evolt Active 360 and Garmin Scale which both use the bioletricial impedance method).

It feels like I’d be higher but both machines are somewhere around 15.7-16.3 depending on if I’m on an empty stomach or not.

Wondering if there’s anything I should be changing at this stage. Any insights would be awesome
