Advice please

Hello I'm from the UK I'm 18 5ft11 and I currently weigh 25 stone I really want to lose weight I need to lose about 10 stone by January 1st 2027. My brother has made a bet with me which I won't be very specific about currently to do this, I also obviously want to lose weight for the health benefits but I'm lacking motivation and I just feel like it's impossible.

Currently I'm a collage student in an IT course which means I don't get to do any type of workout for quite a substantial amount of the day except for when I ride my bike to college or take the bus

My current timetable is

Monday 9 - 12:30 _ 1:15 - 3

Tuesday 9 - 12:30

Wednesday At Home work - (choose when I work)

Thursday 9:15 - 12:30 _ 1:15 - 4.30

Friday 9 - 12:30 _ 1:15 - 4.30

I know I should be working out on my days off and when I have time on Monday and Tuesday but I feel like it's redundant could any give me some advice on how to keep to a schedule and motivate to actually exercise because when I try I usually make excuses not to do it or just forget. Please help
