I am a 42 years old 176cm asian man.
since March first I started self made diet with workout.
the workout section i have been doing for over last 2 years just the meal is different.
my workout looks like this
Monday 12k jogging
Tuesday 50 minutes lower body workout 10k walk steps
wednesday 9k jogging
Thursday upper body 50 min 10k steps
friday 9k jogging
Saturday rest
Sunday 30 minutes upper body 5k steps
I consume 160g to 190g protein daily except on Saturday
my calories deficit is 500 to 700 per day.
why the scale is showing 1 week high next low and high again.
I feel slimmer but I look the same.
some one help me understand.
