I’ve been taking tracking my macros a little more seriously (eating 0.9 grams protein per pound of bw, 0.4 grams of fat per pound of bw, and filling the rest in with carbs) and it seems like I have to eat a lot of food. It’s saying that my maintenance is 2,880 and I’ve cut down to only eat 1,880. It just feels like a lot of food. I usually just have oats with protein powder in the morning and a big meal for dinner. But now it seems I’ll have to have the oats w protein in the morning with two eggs, a can of tuna for lunch, and the same big dinner just slightly tweaked to fit the macros (less rice and veggies with more meat). Am I doing something wrong? Please let me know
