The bounce effect

Does anyone else experience the up & down bounce in their journey?

I’ll be stuck at a set weight and then I drop to a new low for like two days but then I always then bounce back up a pound heavier for a while and then drop again. At this point I kind of expect it but it also messes with me. I get so happy and then boing back up we go again. I go off weekly averages but that bounce really irritates me.

And then there’s the hormone bump, I dropped to 137lbs for four days, then my period came and I’ve now gained over a pound. I’m hoping I’ll drop down once the period ends, then I’ve got a few days until I ovulate when I always bounce up again.

It’s no wonder it’s took me a year to lose 25lbs, I feel kinda pathetic going at such a snails pace.
