Scale Isn't Moving Despite deficit 1550 kcal, Gym, and 7k Steps. What I am doing wrong??

Helloooo.I’m a woman(31 yo)

I am 166 cm tall( approx 5 feet 5 inches)

My weight is currently 57 kg, which is about 126 pounds.

Over the last three years, my weight has generally fluctuated between 53 kg and 55 kg, which is about 117 to 121 pounds. However, in recent months, I first went up to 56 kg, and now I am at 57 kg. I have been unable to lose weight for months.

I am following a very specific diet, consuming around 1550 kcal per day. I go to the gym three times a week and do one long walking session per week. My average daily steps are between 6,000 and 7,000. I have a sedentary job. I am about 31 years old.

My macronutrient intake is approximately:

- Fats: 40–45 g

- Carbohydrates: 180-190g

- Protein: 80–90 g

If I try to go higher in protein, I tend to feel more constipated and lack energy.

I sleep regularly, though I have always suffered from insomnia. Normally, I wake up once a night to use the bathroom. I drink a lot of water. I also take a birth control pill.

Despite all this, I cannot get my weight back down to 55 kg. What could this be due to? Am I eating too much or too little?

It’s worth noting that before going back to 1500–1600 kcal, I spent about four months consuming around 1200 kcal per day. Even then, my weight stayed at 57 kg. My weight remained stable even when I increased my calories to my current intake.

I am very careful about what I eat. I try to eat minimally processed foods as much as possible, so I consume plenty of fruits and vegetables. I vary my diet and make sure to eat both animal and plant sources. In general, I eat a bit of everything, but I try to avoid snacks, savory sauces….
