Overweight parents, how can I help them?

I’ve already taken steps like helping them cut out sodas/ instant ramen etc, which they usually buy out of convenience and cost. They also eat a lot of refined carbs from frozen foods, especially white rice. This probably is what contributes to their health issues because of the high sodium/processed stuff inside, as well as large portions. They also have high blood pressure, I believe their reading is around stage 1 hypertension, and diastolic reading is pretty high. It’s really worrying for me since they’re already reaching the late 50s, so I wanted to see if anyone has any advice?

I’m also encouraging them to make more food from scratch. I think it’s just deeply rooted in their dietary habits because they’re quicker to make on busy days and stress levels. My mom was thinking about trying to invest in a gym membership, but the ones around us are a little costly so I’m not sure if that’s worth it. I think they can go around 5:30-7pm and eat dinner afterwards.

Sorry if the writing is a little messy, I’m writing this before I go to bed! I appreciate any advice given to me, so thank you in advance. Their bmis are like 26-28 and my dad used to workout so he’s very strong, but gained a lot of weight because he stopped working out.
