So i got a new omron body composition scale (8 electrodes) model 702T
When anyone uses it, it works well, but when my mother uses it, it displays only the BMI and weight and show ‘- - - - -‘ in all other readings. Why? Ive tried everything in the manual including: removing and re inserting batteries, making sure age and info is correct, retrying after deleting user, moistening hands and feet before using, hydrating by drinking water, even at different times if the day. It works well for everyone except my mother. Any suggestions/solutions?
