Looking for advice on how to lose weight from PCOS with disability/pain (Preferably without GLP-1)

I am disabled (my doctor thinks i have anylosing spondylitis, i have compression on my SI joints and lower back, and 2 replaced hips that have been getting really sore again lately) so its hard to do any sort of exercise a lot of the time. And since I'm on disability I don't get much money at all so I cant afford to eat primarily "healthy" food.

Not only am I very uncomfortable with the way my body looks, but i also have 2 hip replacements so the more I weigh the more the risk of damaging the hardware and/or needing more replacements in my life increases. (im 24 and my first replacement was when i was 18, so I will already be needing multiple)

Also, I know im making this seem pretty much impossible, but I should probably add that i also have a history of eating disorders (primarily anorexia) so anything involving weighing myself, label reading, counting calories, etc. Is very likely to cause me to relapse into those behaviors unfortunately, and obviously I don't want to do that again.

Im already taking spironolactone and I hope that will help a bit with losing weight (among other things), but its not guaranteed to actually help, so im looking for some other suggestions aswell
