Just started trying to loose some weight.

Decided i wanted to loose some weight since im starting to get a little bit of a belly. I have restricted mobility due to an old injury so ive started going on walks in the evening.

Ive been going on a 3 hour walk every 2-3 days that us about 14km and it takes me about 3 hours. I cant do that much every day cos well im just not fit enough.

I want to know if i should keep this up or if in terms of weight loss it would be better to go on shorter walks (maybe like half?) Every day? Or maybe there is a third option i havnt considered?
