I know it’s not much but every small win counts. I’ve struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember and have tried to lose weight many times over the years but always end up gaining it back. I finally have a consistent gym schedule and am eating healthier than I normally do. I started at 156lbs and am now at 151lbs at 5’7. I carry most of my fat in my stomach so I’ve also started to notice that my jeans are fitting a little better as well. I started around 34% body fat and am aiming to end up between 15 to 20% at around 120-125lbs. I got down to 125 a few years ago but I still hated the way my stomach looked so I ended up binging and gaining it all back. Fingers crossed that with the added exercise I’ll feel less insecure and a little more confident in my body
