I’m 18f, 5’10 (177cm), around 120kgs.
I really want to lose weight, I feel horrible in my body, it feels like I’m trapped in it and I just want to restart. I’ve tired to lose weight since I was a kid but it just ended up in a yo-yo effect because I did it in a really unhealthy weight
I’m still in school so I don’t have much time, my biggest problem is sugar and sweets.
I’m afraid that I will end up with loose skin, I just want to lose my weight and get around 70-60 kgs. By the end of next year (idk if this is unrealistic). I just need help and advice how to lose the weight and some workout videos or just any recommendations and advice will greatly help
