I’m in relatively good shape, but feel like I’ve gained 15 pounds due to overeating in the evening. I’ve been back into working out decently but my calories likely have still been more than I’ve burned and it’s likely due to snacking after getting off work. At my best a couple of years ago I was at 182 but now I’m around 195 and feel like I’ve gotten stuck. I need to stop these binges and feel like my stomach has expanded to compensate. I’ve been good about working out lately but still feel my progress isn’t as good as it could be. Any help and encouragement is appreciated.
