I started my weight loss journey on Monday and made a schedule for myself that worked perfectly with my 9-5 job,I would only eat at 6pm and 9pm,I was not restricting myself I had a 1500 calorie goal and had 2 huge meals.I ate the same thing everyday and it didnt matter because it was my favourite food and I really liked the structure.After 5 days of consistency and the whole situation not feeling difficult or hard today I hit a huge bump.Its the weekend my whole family was having breakfast and invited me to eat with them,First I said no since I planned to eat at 6pm but eventually the cravings got to me and my willpower failed and I ate it,i felt really bad after and ended up going to the supermarket below my building and bought a pack of chips and 3 chocolates.Now I feel like I've wiped out 5 days of hard work and reverted to my old habits.I am struggling to maintain discipline when I'm at home.I don't understand why I even caved in,I'm not restricting myself or anything Ive just set a schedule for myself.I feel like this was not supposed to happen.
