I find it really hard to stop eating even when i am satisfied and had eaten enough. How do you stay in a caloric deficit while having this problem? I find it almost impossible because i love eating and snacking but i need to stop overeating for my health. I need to lose around 10 kgs to be at a healthy weight and i don’t even know how to start. I really want to lose that excess 10kgs by summer. Is that possible?
I try to do my daily steps but that does not seem to be enough because i haven’t lost any weight by doing walking.
