How do I know when it’s okay to have sweets?
How long would it take to lose fifteen kilos if I run 20 minutes a day Monday through Friday, and drink a lot of water + cutting out tea/hot chocolate.
How do I stick to exercising even when it’s hard and I don’t want to?
