Help!! 46% body fat percentage for 31F

Hello!

I’m 31F 5”2 vegetarian who has been working out in gym on and off for 2 years now. I’m 62 kilos now, was 59 kilos when I started in 2024 but I was chubby then, now I look lean.

I got the scans done today, and it broke my heart seeing 46% body fat percentage.

I’m 35-29-36 for a while with stuck weight 62 kilos. I try to have a clean diet and hit protein 50 grams max. I’m a vegetarian so it’s difficult along with protein powder.

My goal is first to be in healthy range, weight around 55 kilos and achieve 33-28-34 I guess.

Can someone please guide me around it? It’ll be super helpful. I’m open to suggestions and modify - gym workout split, diet (strictly vegetarian no eggs), any supplements if needed.
