Hi everyone. Im 28, male, 5ft 11.
A couple years back i lost a lot of weight. I went from 123kg to 75-76kg in about 11 months. I did it through calorie restricting and exercise (daily walk of about 40mins plus 20 minutes on my elliptical and at home weight lifting 4 days a week).
I maintained it for about two years. Then shit happened. I wont go into details of that but now im back at my weight of 121.1kg.
Im finding it extremely difficult now to start restricting my calories and counting them. Before i would weigh food before every meal and cook for myself. Now i do it for a week and then i no longer have the energy to do it.
I also have severe anxiety so i keep putting off going to the gym.
Has anyone gone through something similar? What helped you?
