Current plateau advice needed

I'm 6'3-4 and am currently 260~ my goal is 220-200

I've lost 50ish pounds in 7 months doing basic stuff like fasting, walking daily or cutting sugar/meat. I started making daily changes because I hit 310 and everyone said I'm fine because I don't "look over 200". My weight distribution has always been weird because it all goes to my upper torso and upper legs, but not my stomach.

I've been cutting down more recently because my medication changes my appetite. I've cut out all added sugar and pork. I'm down to one or two meals a day for 2 weeks now and I'm still not losing anything. I have a very slow metabolism so I'm not starving myself, just genuinely not hungry.

I went from basically no physical activity a year ago to walking/jogging 10 miles a week now. I look physically skinnier but my weight doesn't seem to change. What should I do, wait it out or add more conditions to my goal?
