I've been a regular gym goer for some time now, more recently sticking to a calorie deficit of 1900-2000 a day based on my height (176cm), SW 110kg, body fat 43.1%, activity level (exercise 1-3 times a week). I've had maybe one or two days over on my calorie deficit in the last 2 months, and they were on days where I was very active (hiking). My in body scan today shows my current weight at 104.3kg, but I have dropped 1.7kg of muscle mass and my body fat percentage has gone up to 44.6%. I am weight training twice weekly for an hour and have progressed with my lifts, I'm also going to a pilates class every week and trying to increase my steps overall. Where am I going wrong, it feels pretty frustrating as I thought I was going in the right direction and it's disheartening
