Am I doing this wrong?

I have lost 19 pounds from February 27 to now. I had weighed 337lbs, now I weigh 318lbs. This all started when I was diagnosed with F3 Fibrosis in my liver (I have had fatty liver for a while). I have been eating at a calorie deficit and doing cardio daily except the last couple of days due to my foot hurting (it’s fine now). I have been eating around 1000 or so calories daily with little fat (mostly protein and carbs). I haven’t really been hungry nor alarmingly tired. I feel a bit lost since I feel as if whether or not I lose weight it ends up being bad somehow. What do you guys think?

Edit: I forgot to mention that it’s February of last month. In case I was a bit too ambiguous.
