hello everybody, i turned 15 at the end of febuary this year and realized my weight is a problem. i'm around 6 feet tall so i don't look as much as i weigh but it's starting to become hard on my health as i realized just how much of an issue this is, it's very embarassing because if i go anywhere with my friends i have to sit down for a while and drag everybody down while i catch my breath and i just feel horribly selfish. unfortunately my home doesn't have an oven or stove just a microwave so homecooked meals aren't an option, so we normally order fast food. my current plan is taking a 30/40 minute walk per day, eating half of whatever we order or pickup, and only drinking water. i'm not sure how helpful (or damaging) this "diet" will be, that is why im asking for advice on anything i could do to improve on it.
