When trying to stick to a deficit what are some calorie and money friendly ways to hit my goals and macros
Wondering if anyone has any options of what sort of meal preps I can be doing for lunch and dinner to stay within a calorie deficit of around 2000 calories, my usual breakfast ends up being around the 400-500 mark and then I might have a sandwich and an Apple or something along those lines which struggle to keep my full during the day and dinner varies from stews or just a protein and a carb of some kind wondering if anyone has any other meal preps that stick within a budget while also keeping me full
