Need Help Losing Weight

I am 21Male, Height 5'3" and Weight haven't measured for a while but my guess is around 70kg or 154lb.

Recently I started my college and it just feels weird being overweight among everyone fit and tall, i can't do much about the height part but I really want to lose the weight, I don't need abs and huge muscles, i just want to be able to confidently walk around without wearing oversized hoodies or shrinking my belly to look healthy. I used to be a dancer but ever since covid, i have completely stopped and a few weeks ago when i wanted to try a step i just couldn't.

My eating habits are honestly all over the place, i don't eat or precisely cant eat junk/outside food because i easily get stomach aches anytime i eat outside, most of the days i go to college i just drink water and don't eat anything the whole day which would be 6AM-6PM. And even i when i stay home i don't really eat a lot.

Also because of college i don't get the time to go to gym and i am exhausted by the time i come home. It will be helpful if i can get a few workout routine I can follow at home with no equipment or any suggestions to lose weight.

For the past week I am just simply doing 20pushups, 20lunges, 20-25sec plank and around a minute of jump rope.
