In November of last year I started a weightloss journey. Started off weighing 439 lbs. Pretty shocking when I first saw my weight on a calibrated scale. I thought I was closer to 400lbs. Anyways, I reweighed recently and I am now 412 lbs (down 27lbs). The real thing I wanted to celebrate is the fact that I did 3 sets of the hardest 15 second planks in my life today. Supporting 412 lbs on forearms and toes is no joke, but I freaking did it!
My celebration has an ulterior motive, since I want to stick with the weightloss and exercise. I see how supportive this community is, so I am putting myself out there to help keep myself motivated. I hope I can be a support to people here as well.
