Recently I started getting in a caloric deficit of 1800 calories as a 93kg 175cm male, in twenty days i lost about 3.5 kg down to 89.5 i was feeling great but from that day onward i haven’t touched 89 anymore i was going around 90~91 also about the time i hit 89 i lowered my caloric deficit more and dipped to 1500 along side progressively overloading weights i do cardio three times a week and swimming is two days of them, my energy is good but sometimes feel sluggish especially by the end of day. And idk what to do i thought about eating 1800 cals again some friends said its probably water retention from muscles cuz of inflammation as i started progressively increasing weights
What do you think cuz its driving me insane but im not giving up anywhere soon.
