Began losing weight around december 12, Well been two months since then and I went from 295.6 to 246.4. nearly 50 lbs in two months, my daily consisted of 20 min HIIT workout and about 10k steps (on weekdays) and 20k steps (on weekends) usually because of work. I used to only just eat 1,500 cals a day becaus emost of the time i would work with how hingry i feel, If I dont find my stomach grumbling i wont each so much but these days have been pretty terrible honestly. been eating a bit more than usual, sometimes would hit over 2000. Which woukd end up making me feel so stressed lol. oh well... Im only counting calories through ai so there's definitely rooms for errors which could make it more or less be counting less than the actual foods. Wondering if i should up my exercise or not... I work and study full time so my time is really limited, thats why im going against the idea of adding more... but i guess i should start trying to adjust my timers if i want to lose more weight.
