I've started my weightloss journey about 2.5 months ago at 89kgs and I've lost around 4 kgs since. I'm 5'8, 22F.
I managed to lose the first 4 kgs fine and a good rapid pace. It wasn't just water weight because I'm definitely visibly slimmer since I started the wright loss journey.
But I'm stuck in a plateau for nearly a month. It's been about three weeks. I even increased my deficit from a 300 calories to 500 calorie deficit. I eat around 1500 calories regularly, occasionally eating as low as only 1200 Calories. Still I'm stuck between losing and gaining the same half kg between 84.5kgs and 85 kgs I even started strictly tracking everything I eat. I used to guesstimate things before, but now i have a food scale and I measure everything properly.
I simply don't understand why a plateu like this should occur. I mean, according to CICO i should have touched 83kgs by now.
The worst part is my weight simply doesn't move from 85 no matter what part of the day it is. Early in the morning after just waking up, it is 85. But after food and before bedtime, it is still 85kgs. It just doesn't make sense.
