High protein meals for weight loss

I am 158 pounds and 5’5 and am trying to lose like 40 pounds. I love cereal so I have that every morning and choose a protein cereal however it’s not much protein to hit my goal at the end of the day. I need some breakfast ideas because I struggle with that the most. It’s hard because I don’t wanna have to give up cereal because I love it so much and I hate yogurt and salty meals for breakfast usually. I eat eggs for lunch even though I have high cholesterol and shouldn’t eat it everyday because it’s one of the only protein foods I can actually eat everyday without being really grossed out. I’m extremely picky and struggle to find high protein meals I love. Can anyone give me ideas of protein meals I can have on my deficit of 1400. Thank u!! I love ground beef so I usually have that with 2 eggs and some cottage cheese for dinner or just a salad with some ground beef. I think for me breakfast and lunch is the hardest to figure out what to eat given how picky I am. It literally is so frustrating I would eat grilled cheese every meal if I could. I used to have tuna but because of the mercury I stopped having it. Given how picky I am it’s like a million times more difficult and it’s extremely frustrating. I didn’t realize how important protein was in order to lose weight I thought as long as you’re in a deficit you are good but I guess not. Anything helps. Thank you!!
