Basically the title. I can stick to a workout plan just PERFECTLY, but when it comes to eating? I can not eat sugar or junk for a week tops and then I go back to it. I used to struggle severely with binging but tracking the time when I eat has helped… but I still go back to junk. I eat breakfast/lunch/dinner and I’m STILL ravenous, it’s infuriating! I’d lose double the weight if I just had my eating under control.
Counting calories isn’t an option for me because it triggers my horrible eating habits. Journaling is something I constantly forget to do. I have no idea how to stick to healthy foods and abandon sugar for good (it causes me insane cystic acne and insulin resistance…), if anyone has tips please share! Thank you in advance
