Good condiment/dip for fries that's like 1 calorie?

I just looked up how much calories ketchup has. Apparently its 20 calories per tablespoon. Consider that there is 2 tablespoons in 1 ounce and THEN 8 ounces in 1 cup.

I eat ketchup like a monster ...

Dry measuring cups really help me and if you don't have any you should get some. I don't have a kitchen scale

But I've been using "Lite Ranch" that I confused 2 oz for 1 oz for the serving size. I was like, oh 1 ounce is 1/4 cup. No it's not.

So is there a dip that I can just eat infinite of without worrying about this kinda crap! Geez

ATP I'll heat up water + ramen seasoning packet and use that. Lol

Its ok if its watery or chunky I don't mind texture.

I've never had hummus or chickpeas or stuff like that before. U can see I'm just doing the wordcount lol. I like canned Pinto beans and that's my beans pretty much.

So if thats where ur mind is going for "fries dip recipe ideas healthy" then that would be interesting to me.

Well I'm getting weighed tomorrow morning I'm definitely not 135 with all the mistakes above LOL but I can't imagine I'm any higher than 145lbs . 65kg so thats ok. Learning curve
