I’ve been on my journey for a solid 5 months now, and during that time I’ve experienced times where I can suddenly weigh a bit more or stay the same but it always goes down after a couple of days but for almost 2 weeks now I’ve stayed around the same weight, even though I haven’t changed my calorie intake or activity level. I go to the gym 4-5 times a week and average 6k steps a day, drink 2 liters of water a day. I don’t sneak extra calories in.
It feels quite demotivating at times when looking on the scale and seeing you’re again not down a few grams. I’ve looked on Reddit and people seem to have different approaches such as eating unhealthy for a weekend, or just riding it out. Anyone who has experienced the same?
