So I'm 5'3" and have a TDEE of 1800-2000. I walk 4-5 miles everyday (10,000-12,000 steps). All i want to do after the festive period is lose 3-4lbs which seems super easy. but im 120lbs currently so its not a big difference/a lot to lose. ideally id like to do it in a month/by the end of february, but im unsure on where to find the balance between a small deficit that doesnt feel like its doing anything versus a bigger deficit. ive been doing a large deficit for the past 10 days and my weight has stayed the same which is why im confused lol, any help would be appreciated. (calories aside i have a balanced diet, lots of fruit/veg etc)
