I’m vegan and have IBS. Most of my meals consist of tofu and vegetables, I get my carbs in through around 600+ calories of corn thins (Australian bread substitute) a day and my fat source is a quarter avocado around twice a week. Other than that I eat boiled vegetables (broccoli, carrot, mushrooms, beans, capsicum, onion) and plain tofu, with fruits as snacks. I’ve been eating like this for a month and actually haven’t lost weight, so im pretty confused :p all I’ve kind of done is cut back on snacks and sweets (and also vegan meat) but surely it should have some sort of impact..??
I’m unsure if it’s because I’ve been eating too many calories since im eating pretty healthy things and I’m really bummed. What am I doing wrong??
