Rate My Diet

So I'm currently trying to lose belly fat and tone up / increase muscle definition. I'm doing cardio everyday and weight training every other day.

I've switched to the following diet;

Breakfast: Bowl of Overnight Oats (oats and chia seeds soaked in milk, topped with fresh fruits and honey)

Lunch: Usually something standard like a toasted sandwich (chicken, ham, tomato) or even a fishfinger sandwich or beans on toast

Dinner: Usually some kind of pasta dish (tomato based, chicken, cheese etc)

Snacks through the day:

3-4 Apples

2-3 Coffees

a bowl of muesli in the evening with semiskimmed milk

a small handful of almonds and cashews.

I'm not trying to do any kind of specific diet, I want to eat foods I enjoy whilst also meeting my goals. So I'm looking for feedback on if anything is a massive no-no here or if I'm preventing myself from hitting my goals.
