New to this and worried about my calories in a day.

ill start with information: 22, male, 255lb(3 days ago) 246lb (as of now), BMR:2,163(somewhere around that calculation), On Fitia it gave me a limit of 1,925.

So i decided to better my life and its been 3 days of learning, but for the past 3 days I've hit around 1,000 calories, I'm not a morning person and don't eat breakfast, that means 2 meals for my day, 1 on lunch at work, 1 for dinner at home (snacks if i feel hungry).

I'm really worried if I'm damaging myself, i feel fine, i think. I've tried to research and seen post saying "listen to your body, if you're not hungry, you're not hungry" and then other post saying 1000 is WAY too low. So I'm afraid I'm going to cause problems, and sometimes i don't know if I'm not actually hungry or my brain is simply ignoring it for the sake of bettering myself.

That is all, i just hope to get insight so i don't feel anxious on this lol.
