need advice as a beginner , need to fit in a dress

i weight 157lb. 5’4 f and my back particularly is really fat. rn my plan is too

do this everyday

reverse fly 12x3

plank row 12x3

superman 12x3

row 12x3

20 minutes cycling ( 220 cal burn)

i’m on day three of doing this. and i think it’s good that im not going too hard is it stupid of me to do it everyday idk.

2 10 pound weights for rows and plank rows

and 2 5 pounds on the reverse flys.

i have two months to fit in the dress

i’m a beginner with all this

and my diet is somewhat controlled

i eat only veggies fruits meat and eggs and i’m not calorie counting im think i should start tho

please help me ☹️
