Mildly chubby teenage girl needs help

I turn 15 in 3 months. I’m also East Asian. I’m about 163 cm/5’4 and weigh about 58-60 kg/128-132 lbs. I know this is not exactly overweight, but I’m quite insecure about my weight, especially since a lot of girls in my year/grade are noticeably thinner, along with the fact that I can be a bit of a big eater sometimes. Could you guys please give me some weight loss advice? I want to get down to around 48-52 kg/105-115 lbs. Advice is greatly appreciated :)

P.S: I’m not super active. I go running around once every 2 weeks and often go out on walks, but I wouldn’t say I exercise that much.
