Just don't eat during the day.
You eat something light at 17h/18h and you eat whatever you want at 22h.
And after skipping meals for days, you don't feel hunger at all, so you can pass full day without eating even at night, and without any problem.
I went from 83kg (180cm) to 71kg in 1 month, i gained weight after a depressive episode now i still need to lose 5kg to get to my original weight but the hardest is done. 👍
And very important, drink a lot of water, it supress hunger very effectively.
